Hi Judy, I am glad they help with your anxiety. GAD is somewhat of a catch-all, usually what underlies it is low tolerance of uncertainty. Worry is often driven by an attempt to know there is 100% safety, which of course, is impossible. Accepting uncertainty over time will decrease worry.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[And there is the Food Addicts group out there for those who wish to go onto a food plan to eleminate flour and sugar which are so prevelent in our culture.   The Parent is also considered a Co-dependent which can be supported in and alanon group.  These parents are actually dependent on keeping their child or loved one in the stage of addiction to support their own egoes.  As you say, do the meditation and remember to take care of yourself.  Both of these groups are open to visitors, if covid is not still the barrier]]></description>
