					<description><![CDATA[This is such a helpful post, Jennifer.  It is sometimes hard to remember that painful or difficult feelings are impermanent and transitory, just like positive feelings, sensations and thoughts. When I grasp my anxiety, it actually lasts longer and intensifies. I like to think of my emotions as trains coming through the station.  I can either get on board and go where they are going or just let them pass.  I also really appreciated your welcoming exercise.  Not only was your voice soothing, but the body scan and welcoming suggestions really do allow the feeling to come and go.  Thanks for your very helpful suggestions.]]></description>
